I believe in a big way that this world needs life support through people who care for the poorest of the poor. I have asked myself for years, “what am I going to do about it?” Maybe you feel the same way?
There is so much need in other countries and domestically that honestly it hurts so bad I can’t sleep. My destiny is tied to helping others and that is how God created me.
It is time to do something! It is much easier to say words of apathy versus taking real action and doing something about all this unfairness, inequality and injustice. Lulubelle Cares was established to provide humanitarian aid and relief through missions, projects and a deep desire to help.
In one of our past mission trips to Las Carretas Canyon in Tijuana Mexico we provided water for the thirsty. Everything that you need in your life for survival is the same need for their survival. Clean water is one of the most basic needs in this community. Most of the homes do not have running water. The needs in this community are so great! There are no employment opportunities or programs to facilitate productive growth. Children drop out of school at a young age. Their parents cannot afford to send them to school. Though the schools are free, supplies, uniforms and meals are not.
We are committed to providing basic needs like water. It is our goal on each trip to do outreach like free water so we can learn how to provide change through various programs. I want to see more kids going to school, graduating and finding a good job.
We strive to facilitate change in these communities. We bring the love of God into their homes through acts of kindness just like Mother Teresa of Calcutta.
