Our goals on each mission trip is to empower change. It is also our goal to turn resources and funding into potential opportunities in the communities we serve. Each mission trip is coordinated to provide support for the students with school supplies.
On one of the summer mission trips to Mexico we coordinated with our partners to provide school supplies for various communities. We value opportunities to do outreach and our commitment is to support families through each project we select. Our devotion to helping enabled us to donate school supplies to orphanages and families.
I have been blessed to see the smiles and gratitude that these families express. If we can help just one family by providing school supplies, then that family doesn’t have to stay in that broken place anymore. We can provide their children with school supplies, uniforms and hope for a brighter future. It means they can go to school and possibly see a breakthrough. People ask me all the time what can I do to help? My response is to provide school supplies because they are needed year-round.
I don’t proclaim to be an expert in all of this, but I’ve got my eye on the goal and I am here to encourage you to help these communities.
